It is recognized as a national high-tech enterprise.The company currently employs 120 people, with total assets amounting to 160 million yuan. The company has been honored with numerous accolades, including the Shandong Postdoctoral Innovation and Practice Base, Shandong Specialized and New Small and Medium Enterprises, Shandong Science and Technology Small and Medium Enterprises, Shandong Innovative Small and Medium Enterprises, and the Provincial Innovation-Driven Engineering Service Station. The company currently offers five major product lines, comprising more than 20 products, including oil additives, refinery auxiliaries, benzoic acid, and its derivatives. As a leading domestic manufacturer of cetane number improvers (such as isooctyl nitrate), Libaode is a well-known supplier of oil additives and offers comprehensive solutions, primarily based on cetane number improvers. Libaode boasts strong technical support and a robust research and development capabilities. The R&D team consists of more than 20 skilled professionals. The key technical and R & D personnel are graduates from renowned universities, including Shandong University and China University of Petroleum, with specializations in chemistry. They bring many years of experience in managing and advancing technology for large and medium-sized chemical enterprises. Additionally, the company’s R&D center with leading institutions such as Shandong University, East China University of Science and Technology, and Linyi university. The team is also supported by industry experts, including Professor Wang Minggang from Shandong University, Professor Liu Jingquan, and Mr. Deng Xianliang, Deputy Chief Engineer at Luoyang Petrochemical Research Institute. Together, they form a top-tier domestic R&D team dedicated to advancing Libaode’s innovation capabilities.

After years of dedicated research, development, and implementation, the company has secured a total of seven invention patents (including one international patent) and more than twenty utility model patents. Additionally, it has issued and implemented twelve technical standards for green specialty chemicals.

The company has successfully passed certifications for its quality management system, environmental management system, and occupational health and safety management system. It has also undertaken several prestigious projects, including an innovative technology fund project from the Ministry of Science and Technology, a major innovation engineering project in Shandong Province, a small and medium-sized enterprise innovation fund project from the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and Heze’s independent innovation major special project.

Libaode’s diesel cetane number improver (isooctyl nitrate) is produced through an annular continuous flow reaction process, a nitrification reaction production method independently developed by the company's R & D team. It allows for rapid and complete separation of acid esters, and the full recycling of waste acid. The process ensures automation, enhanced safety, and eliminates the safety hazards typically associated with traditional nitrification reactions. Moreover, it addresses the issues of large-scale waste acid disposal and high production costs.
