Phenols in gasoline can provide active hydrogen atoms to terminate the free radical chain reaction of hydrocarbons, thereby inhibiting their oxidation; metal deactivators can suppress the catalytic effect of metal ions on the oxidation process of hydrocarbons, reducing gum formation; detergent dispersants can dissolve generated gums to prevent coagulation. Therefore, DAEON202 gasoline antioxidant cleaner is widely used in gasoline blending to extend the induction period of various catalytic gasolines.

Usage Method

Add to gasoline via static mixer. Prior to addition, it is recommended to dilute with 10-20% gasoline solution. The dosage should be determined through laboratory testing, typically 20-40ppm.
