High Efficient Corrosion Inhibitor
DAEON311 efficiency corrosion inhibitor could effectively inhibit the corrosion of H2O-HCl-H2S in the process of crude oil distillation, which was widely used in low temperature zone in the process of atmospheric vacuum distillation, it could also be used for delaying corrosion of coking unit and coking tower, as well as the inhibition of hydrogenation of air-cooling system in the process of hydrotreating and refining of gasoline and diesel, or the inhibition of FCCU fractionator system.
The stock solution was made up into the aqueous solution of 5-20% (ordered by the measuring range of metering pump), which was injected into the corrosion system with a metering pump directly, and the injection volume was 20-50ppm or so (measured by the stock solution). The injection rate was about 50-100ppm when it was applied for hydrogenation device and double volume should be injected at the initial 10 days of film-forming phase.
200L iron or plastic drum packaging, or other forms of packaging was available according to customer ’s requirements, avoided the sunshine and stored in ventilated and dry place.
